This privacy policy (the “Kambi Website Privacy Policy”) applies to www.kambi.com (the “Kambi Website”). It also applies to any general contact and/or communications which you may have with us, before you choose to take up our services.

The Kambi Website is operated by Kambi Group plc a company registered in Malta, Avenue 77, A4, Triq in-Negozju, Zone 3, Central Business District, Birkirkara, CBD 3010 XBX1120 (“Kambi HQ”). Kambi HQ, and to the extent applicable, the other Kambi entities (further information about these entities is available on request using the information provided under the “Contact Us” section below – together “Kambi”, “we”, “us” and/or “our”) will all process Personal Data as set out in this Kambi Website Privacy Policy.

This website is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect data relating to children.

For the purposes of this Kambi Website Privacy Policy we are the “Data Controller” of your Personal Data. Kambi will only retain your Personal Data for as long as it is strictly necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, specifically to respond to your query, or provide you with the information which you have requested.  Where the information is no longer necessary either to respond to your enquiry or for our internal records purposes, we will delete it in accordance with our retention policy and processes.

 

What choices does Kambi offer you with regard to direct marketing:

Where you have submitted your details on the Kambi Website or at an event, or otherwise provided them to us so that we can provide you with further information about our products and services, we will only use the Personal Data you provide us for those purposes. Transfers outside of the EEA

Yes – Kambi may transfer your information outside of the European Economic Area (EEA) (as it is made up from time to time). In particular, your Personal Data may be transferred to:

  • the Philippines;
  • Australia;
  • the United States;
  • the United Kingdom.

In relation to such transfers, we will ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect that transfer, such as contractual obligations being imposed on the recipients of your Personal Data. Those obligations require the recipient to protect your Personal Data to the standard required in the EEA.
